Innkeepers Hospitality/Mark Hemmer, CHA

When I first met Nancy Temple, in May of 1983, she was working for Management Recruiters International.  At that time she helped me make a significant career move.  This is the first time I had worked with a professional recruiter, and I appreciated the fact that she took personal interest in me and my career goals.  I felt as though Nancy was interested in helping me with my career, not just finding me a job.

Later as I was with AmerInns, where I ultimately attained the position of V.P. of Operations, Nancy was instrumental in helping me attract and hire 14 people as we built that company from one Residence Inn to nine properties, which included Residence Inns, Fairfield Inns and Hilton Garden Inns.  The skill sets that we required Nancy to find for us included General Managers, Front Office Managers, Executive Housekeepers, Guest Service Managers, Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, Human Resource Managers and Food and Beverage Supervisors.

When Nancy opened Temple & Associates in 1998, the quality of her service remained top notch.  I always felt comfortable having Nancy represent our company, because she always presented our positions to her recruits honestly, the candidates she presented were qualified, and Nancy always negotiated with the best interests of all parties.

I would be willing to discuss my experience with Nancy Temple, and Temple & Associates, if you have questions.
