Gary Temple began his recruiting career with the Sales Consultants Division of Management Recruiters International. During his 21+ years with that company he was among the first to be awarded CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager) status, recognized as Account Executive of the Month and Buckeye Account Executive of the Month numerous times. Additionally, he was a multiple recipient of the Pace Setter award as well as a member of the Management Recruiters Hall of Fame, President's Club, Director's Club, One Million Dollar Club and Two Million Dollar club. His success resulted in winning trips to the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii.

He serves a client base of manufacturers and distributors helping to attract top talent for positions including senior executives, mid-management, manufacturing, sales and engineering.

Mr. Temple is active in his community.  He is a past Director of the Chardon Area Chamber of Commerce, founding member of the Chardon Toastmasters, a long time auction volunteer for WVIZ/PBS channel 25 and a supporter of WomenSafe.  Additionally, he has held the positions of VP for the Wheels of Yesteryear Car Club and Ohio Pinball Wizards Club.
